I decided to put my boat on the market and was referred to Flagship Yachts of Texas by a friend. I listed the boat with them in late September and moved it to their dock in Seabrook. I worked with Mike and Joyce during the entire process and would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a boat.

Mike made sure the boat was clean and presentable for me as I live quite a distance away and he checked on it every day. I felt very comfortable having my boat at their dock knowing that it would be looked after by the Flagship staff. I received a contract on the boat within 90 days and closed in mid December. The negotiations were handled expertly and Mike and Joyce kept in constant contact with me through every step of the process. Mike even drove all the way across town to deliver my equity check in person. That truly was “Service Beyond the Expected”.

I know they were very helpful to the Buyer as well. This was the Buyers first boat and Mike and Joyce handled everything in a professional manner including scheduling the Water Trial, coordinated the haul out for survey and even helped arrange the closing for the Buyers. The entire transaction went exactly as they said it would.

If I ever choose to purchase another boat I would definitely utilize Flagship Yachts of Texas again.

We recently purchased our first boat from Flagship Yachts of Texas and would like to say that we enjoyed doing business with them and had a very positive experience.

We worked mostly with Mike Corso and Joyce Wagner, and found them both to be very helpful, professional and courteous. They were happy to take the time to show us the boat we were interested in multiple times, answering all of our questions, and generally being very helpful. When we decided to buy the boat, they took the time and trouble to carefully explain the entire process. The transaction went very smoothly, no surprises, and we were grateful that Mike and Joyce were able to help us through the process.

After the sale was completed, Mike even typed up a checklist of things to do before we fired up the boat, went down to the boat with us and went over it, and even offered to help us motor the boat to our slip. They even gave us a couple of reference books about boating and sailing, which were interesting and informative – very thoughtful.

Your keen insight into “listening” as I described the perfect yacht was demonstrated when you presented three vessels for consideration. Kristin and I just wanted to share a few comments with you regarding the listing and sale of our 1999 Catalina 380. When Joyce contacted me to inquire if we would be interested in selling our boat, she had expressed that she had a potential buyer.
